Something not working, or a question the app didn't answer? and a person will read it. We aim to reply within two business days.
It helps if you say which device you're on, which version of the app you have (Settings → About), and what you expected to happen.
Common questions
Do I need an account?
No. The whole app works without one — your practice is stored on your device. An account is optional and exists only to back your practice up and sync it across your devices. See thePrivacy Policy for what an account stores.
How do I sign in?
There's no password. Enter your email and we send you a one-time sign-in link; you can also sign in with Google. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then write to us.
How do I turn off usage analytics?
In the app: Settings → "Share anonymous usage data". Switch it off and the app stops collecting and sending usage analytics. Your well-being check-in scores and answers are never sent anywhere for analytics either way.
How do I delete my account and my data?
In the app: Settings, at the very bottom → Delete account, then confirm. That erases your practice from the phone — history, bead counts, check-ins, saved days and chimes — and, if you have an account, deletes the account and everything synced to it. You start over from day one, and it can't be undone. It works whether or not you ever made an account. You can also and we'll delete it for you. Full instructions: Delete your data.
I lost my progress after reinstalling
Without an account, practice data lives only on the device, so removing the app removes it. With an account, sign back in and your progress comes down from the server. If it doesn't, write to us before you start over — don't delete the account, or the synced copy goes too.
Do I need the necklace?
No. The app works on its own. The necklace just makes the count something you feel rather than something you manage.
